By accessing or using Ball Knowledge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Ball Knowledge provides AI-powered soccer/football training video analysis. Users can upload training videos and receive automated coaching feedback generated by artificial intelligence.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Ball Knowledge offers a limited number of free analyses. Additional analyses require a paid subscription at $10/month, processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You retain ownership of videos you upload. By uploading, you grant Ball Knowledge a limited license to process and analyze the video for the purpose of delivering the Service. Videos are processed by third-party AI services (Google Gemini) and video hosting (Cloudinary).
You agree not to: upload content that violates any law; attempt to reverse-engineer the Service; use the Service for any illegal purpose; or interfere with other users' access to the Service.
Analysis and feedback are generated by artificial intelligence and should be treated as supplementary guidance, not professional coaching advice. Ball Knowledge does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated assessments.
Ball Knowledge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Account Information: Name, email address, date of birth, and encrypted password when you create an account.
Video Data: Training videos you upload for analysis. Videos are temporarily processed via Cloudinary and Google Gemini AI.
Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.
Usage Data: We collect basic usage data such as analysis history and subscription status.
We use your information to: provide and improve the Service; process AI video analysis; manage your account and subscription; send transactional emails (welcome, password reset); and communicate important updates.
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
We use industry-standard security measures including password hashing (bcrypt) and secure token-based authentication (JWT). However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Ball Knowledge is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; and withdraw consent for email communications.
We use localStorage for session management (authentication tokens and theme preferences). We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notice.
